Growing Winchelsea acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which Winchelsea sits, the Wadawurrung and Eastern Maar peoples, who have cared for this Country for tens of thousands of years. We pay respect to their Elders, past and present, and extend that respect to all First Nations people living in, working in or visiting this region.

We also acknowledge their ongoing connection to the land, waters, and culture, and commit to learning from and honouring their deep knowledge of this place.

Growing Winchelsea Inc. is a group of volunteer leaders advocating for, listening to and supporting our community to achieve a thriving Winchelsea.
