The role and purpose of Growing Winchelsea is to;
- engage with and advocate on behalf the Winchelsea community
- be a representative for engagement with various bodies, groups and government organisations on issues affecting Winchelsea.
- to promote particular projects and plans to support the growth and development of Winchelsea Towards 10,000.
Growing Winchelsea Inc. is an advocacy and leadership group which facilitates and promotes community, business and tourism development throughout the Winchelsea Ward of the Surf Coast Shire.
Growing Winchelsea Inc. is a group of volunteer leaders who help provide the Winchelsea community with a united voice.

Our Mission
We will be advocates for quality growth, projects and strategies for Winchelsea. We will represent the community by earning their trust, being welcoming and inclusive and having good relationships with other organisations like Council.
