“Food outlets could be coming to Winch”
The development at 8 Anderson Street to create eight small shops of 108 to 203 square metres each, plus 46 parking spaces and planting of trees on 3,000 square metre block. The Queensland “Retail Food Group” is being represented by Seabrook Vision and construction organisation. They are awaiting approval from VicRoads and Surfcoast Council.
