Surf Coast Shire, in partnership with Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism (GORRT) are facilitating an update of the Destination Action Plan for the Surf Coast. The last plan was developed back in 2016 specifically for Winchelsea. In updating the plan, we want to take a fresh approach and explore not only the priorities from a destination perspective but also understand what opportunities, or challenges are congruent and best achieved collaboratively as the Surf Coast versus what remains a priority and focus of an individual destination.
A Destination Action Plan will define the goals and objectives and key affordable, achievable priorities that if delivered, will support achieving the destinations vision and aspirations.
To be successful the plan needs to be developed collaboratively, led by the industry and community for implementation by the Industry and Community with the support of Surf Coast Shire and Great Ocean Road Regional Tourism.
GORRT would welcome your participation in this process. Participation will only require your attendance at an online workshop;
- Scheduled for 7th May, 2025 and held on-line.
